For adults, mix approximately one (1) tablespoon (5 g) with at least 8 ounces of water, juice, or your favorite beverage. Stir and drink immediately. If too thick, add more liquid and stir. Drinking an additional glass of water afterwards is advisable to ensure adequate hydration. Take one serving up to 2 times daily. Best taken before or between meals.WARNING:
