These triple strength capsules give me my day's worth of omega-3's in one capsule. With the smaller strength my plan is to take one with each meal-- but ask me how that works out! I love this product because it packs so much into each capsule. With regular strength I have to go so much math to figure out how many pills I'm supposed to take (hint: do your research, it's a lot more than is on the label).
