It really works!!!
I was a bit dubious about these, but having seen the other reviews I decided to try it for my 5yr old who was really struggling to fall asleep. He was going to bed for 7pm but wouldn’t drop off until after 10pm some nights. He was just really too overstimulated. After the first gummy 30 mins before bed, he genuinely fell asleep with no battle at bedtime and stayed asleep the whole night. He also gets up in the morning, grump free and ready for the day. He asks to have the gummies before bed. Difference in our son is life changing. Crying before bed and up and out of bed numerous times on a night. Now goes to sleep by himself 30 mins after this. My 5 year old can never switch off at night, and bed times become a battle, which isn't great. These arrived today (a week since purchase so really quick postage) she had one at 7.30pm, she was sparko by 8pm. No tears, no tantrums, just a nice laid back bedtime! She hasn't fallen asleep before 10pm in goodness knows how long, so glad I found these. Will definitely be a regular customer. These have improved our evenings, previously our son would go to bed at 7:30 with one of us, and it would generally take to 10pm for him to fall asleep, lots of fidgeting etc. With these he goes off much faster.
