Directions: Do not separate the capsule; ingest the capsule whole. For adults, take 3 quick release capsules 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with meals and plenty of water. To assess tolerance, start with 1 capsule daily. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
